At SXSW in Austin, Texas, Design It For Us advocates Emma Lembke, Zamaan Qureshi, Sneha Revanur and Trisha Prabhu hosted a panel to discuss how their landmark efforts to reform Big Tech, regulate AI, and transform digital environments will help keep our youngest and future generations safe and thriving online.
“We have lived experiences and the ability to share our stories,” said co-chair Zamaan Qureshi during the panel. “A lot of our work is grounded in our experiences on social media. Lawmakers have started to ask us about our experiences on social media and what we want to see changed.”
