Zamaan Qureshi

Zamaan is an advocate, policy expert, and strategist focused on tech accountability, online safety, and privacy. He is the co-founder and Director of Campaigns and Policy at Design It For Us, where he leads advocacy on emerging technology policy, builds coalitions, and drives the youth online safety movement. His work has been featured in national media for elevating young voices in the fight for a safer digital world. He is a graduate of American University, where he earned a B.A. in international studies and political science. Zamaan is on the 2025 Forbes 30 Under 30 list.

Atiya Farooque

Atiya is a community builder, digital strategist, and storyteller working to center young people’s perspectives in the responsible technology space. As the Director of Community and Engagement at Design It For Us, she leads digital, creative, narrative change, and grassroots engagement strategies for the coalition. Atiya’s background in organizing began in Michigan, focusing on youth spaces, racial justice, identity-based coalition building, and creating systems of community care through transformative justice practices.

Alison Rice

Alison oversees Design It For Us’ programming, strategy, partnerships and operations, ensuring that young people are at the center of the Responsible Technology movement. Alison started her career as a youth organizer with NextGen America, and has led state, federal and electoral campaigning initiatives focused on democracy, economic justice and corporate accountability for Accountable Tech, The Hub Project, EMILY’s List, Tax March, Health Care Voter, and Opportunity Wisconsin.
